'Day in the Life' Family Portrait Photography
This fresh approach to the family photoshoot is a mixture of documentary and fine art photography.
The images are taken in natural environments such as your own house or on a family trip - the emphasis
is on the storytelling aspect rather than the formal studio setting!
The 'Day in the life' sessions are ideally suited to newborns and young children, who are often much more
comfortable in their own homes, surrounded by familiar things. The images are presented in monochrome
to add to the documentary feel, but obviously it's no problem if you'd prefer colour, or even a mixture! Please
click here if you'd like to see an example session.
The shoot can take place over a morning, afternoon or even a full day - it's totally up to you and what fits in best with your family. You can choose what you plan into your day - just be yourselves and let us record events as they naturally unfold!
